You will find your first statement of account from us attached to this letter. We close our accounts the 24th of each month therefore payments received after such date will reflect on your next month’s statement. When making payment, please remember to quote your reference number as per statement. Internet payment may be made or you may arrange a monthly stop-order with your bank. We do not accept cash payments at our offices. Should you have access to e-mail, your monthly statement will be sent to your via e-mail. For emergencies, please do not hesitate to contact our after hours (24 hour service) mobile number, 083 658 2253.
Please note that you will be living on an estate where there will be building works for period of time. Therefore ensure your house is locked at all times. If you have nay problems relating to you house (snags, etc) please direct your inquiry francois@houseofrealtors.co.za. If you have nay other problems relating to the common areas, security, burst pipes, etc, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Each unit will receive one remote from the developer and extra remotes may be purchased through our office. There is a cell to gate system which allows the resident to allow visitors into the estate. You need to supply us with the resident in your unit’s cell phone number to enable us to program the system. No visitors will be allowed without authorization from the resident.
