ABOUT JAN HANEKOM PARTNERSHIP
Jan Hanekom Partnership are architects and town and regional planners based in Paarl South Africa. The firm was established in 1989 by Mr Jan Hanekom, primarily as a Town and Regional Planning firm in Paarl, Cape Town, however, quickly grew and expanded into a multi-disciplinary organization, offering a wide range of services to the client. The Architectural component of the firm was introduced in 1992. With the addition of two partners and more personnel in 1995, the capacity and diversity of services provided by the firm was expanded further. Some of the services provided are:-

PROJECTS

Over the past years Jan Hanekom Partnership have been involved in a vast variety of projects. We have successfully completed the planning of several Golf Resorts/Estates;

  • Boschenmeer-Paarl
  • De Zalze-Stellenbosch
  • Blaauwberg-Durbanville
  • Sandy Cove-Mossel Bay
  • Mossel Bay Golf Club


Other resorts, of an environmentally sensitive nature, were completed with caution and harmony to enhance the environment;

  • Elephant Springs Resort-Citrusdal.


We have also completed projects of different scales in the affordable housing field.

  • Mosselbay 600 units
  • Nederburg Paarl 300 units
  • Van der Stel Village Paarl 300 units


Several Structure Plans and Master Planning processes have been completed or are currently in progress.
